QWQER is a platform that connects small businesses and drivers for the sake of same-day delivery in greater Los Angeles. Small businesses can deliver items to customers, receive items from suppliers, or even use drivers as a same-day local courier.

Yes! Our customer support team is here to offer live assistance any time during our business hours (9am to 6pm PST Monday – Friday).

Yes, our corporate office is located in El Segundo, California.

All Qwqer drivers operate under a 1099 as independent contractors. We do not hire our own drivers, but instead connect small businesses with independent drivers.

Nope! You set the terms of the delivery request and pay the driver directly through our platform. No minimum requirements.

Small businesses can operate QWQER through the web application or through the mobile app (iPhone and Android). Simply login and set the terms of your delivery request.

While our platform will automatically suggest a price point, you always have the ability to set the price. The collection of local drivers will then determine whether or not they want to accept the delivery job based on your terms.

You’ll be notified via text message that your delivery job hasn’t been accepted. At that point, you can change the terms of the job (adding more pay will attract more drivers) or call customer support for additional assistance.

Yes! Qwqer encourages open communication in order to give both small businesses and drivers the best possible experience. You can contact your driver directly through the QWQER desktop or mobile app.

Yes, tips are encouraged for great service.

Shipments are paid ahead of time via credit card. 

Nope! We provide the platform free of charge at this point in time. However, modest platform fees may be added in the future to help us run the platform safely, securely, and efficiently for our small business users.

While delivery times vary slightly based on volume, most deliveries take one (1) to three (3) hours.

Yes! Drivers can transport alcohol, but the recipient must be over the age of 21 and show proof of age via picture I.D. upon delivery.

Please contact customer service and we’ll make every effort to ensure the product is delivered. However, age restrictions disallow drivers from leaving alcohol without a signature and proper age identification, so the delivery may need to be returned to the shipper alongside a return fee.

Driver FAQs

As your own boss, you’re free to set your own schedule and take as many deliveries as you’d like. We ask that you please be aware of special delivery instructions so you can properly gauge the time required for each delivery in order to avoid overlapping delivery jobs.

Yes! Unlike other delivery platforms, you have the ability to cash out daily. Please note that the payment will likely take two (2) to five (5) business days to land in your account depending on the bank you use.
